How quick will my order ship:
Most of our products are “print on demand” on stock items. We may have your product already printed or we may need to print your items after your order is placed. Typically, we will ship your product within 2 to 3 business days after your order is placed. If there is going to be a delay in shipping, you will receive an email letting you know the expected ship date.
How much does shipping cost for my order:
We charge a flat rate of $8.00 for shipping. If your order is over $100.00 then you will get free shipping.
Who do I contact about a refund or an exchange:
Please email dcurren@gbateamsales.com and put your order number in the subject line if you need to make an exchange or request a refund.
What is your refund policy:
We have a 10-day refund policy. If your order was delivered more than 10 days before requesting a refund, we will not be able to issue a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
What if I need to exchange for a different size:
We want you to love your gear, so we are happy to exchange sizes. The timing of our exchange policy is the same as our Refund Policy so please let us know within 10 days if you need to exchange for a different size. You will be responsible for sending the original items back to us and may need to pay for shipping on the updated size that we send back to you.
How will my order be shipped:
We ship using either UPS or the US Postal Service and you will receive an email with a tracking number once you order ships.
My tracking number is not working:
Please allow at least 24 hours for the tracking number to update from either UPS or the US Postal Service.
I need to check with someone about my order:
